Raise the Roof Hot Air Balloon Ride Raffle
Support Area Community Theatre’s Raise the Roof campaign and enter for a chance to win a hot air balloon ride for two from Pheasantland Balloons, valued at $600.
Proceeds from this raffle will help ACT raise funds to replace the roof at the Pepsi Theater for the Performing Arts, keeping live theatre, music, youth programs, and community events thriving in Mitchell for years to come.
Raffle DatesThe raffle runs from Thursday, May 28, 2026 through Sunday, August 9, 2026.The winning entry will be drawn following the final performance of The Wizard of Oz on Sunday, August 9, 2026.Winner does not need to be present to win.

Winner SelectionOne winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the raffle period.The drawing will take place following the final performance of The Wizard of Oz on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at the Pepsi Theater for the Performing Arts.The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, ACT reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
EligibilityParticipants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. ACT board members and individuals directly responsible for administering or drawing the raffle are not eligible to win.
Prize ConditionsThe winner and guest may be required to sign waivers or releases before participating in the balloon ride.ACT is not responsible for weather delays, scheduling issues, cancellations, inability to meet passenger requirements, or any other conditions outside ACT’s control.Any taxes, fees, travel costs, or additional expenses related to accepting or redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
PublicityBy accepting the prize, the winner gives Area Community Theatre permission to use their name, photo, and likeness in promotional materials related to the raffle, the Raise the Roof campaign, and ACT, unless prohibited by law.
